COMMUNITY ADULT DAY SERVICE
Located at 420 S Capmus Ave., Oxford, OH 45056 in the lower level of the Faith Luthern Church
Adult day services provide supervision and support for older adults with age-related cognitive and physical needs. These supervised and safe environments provide an opportunity for older adults to socialize, engage in fun activities, and, more importantly, maintain autonomy. WHAT SERVICES CAN WE PROVIDE?
The Oxford Seniors Community Adult Day Service strives to provide quality care to the older adult community of greater Oxford. Participants may be experiencing physical restrictions and age-related impairments that limit their engagement and independence. We are dedicated to providing an atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement that will connect our older adults back to the community.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Private Pay, Butler County Elderly Services Program, and PASSPORT clients are welcome. Private pay options starting at $41 per half day and $82 per full day are also available.

TRANSPORTATION
At the Community Adult Day Service we are able to provide transportation for most participants. Wheelchair transportation is available for both pickup and drop-off. Please contact our director for current availability.
